The plain rules of using Propra and our website. Short, fair, no surprises.
By using the Propra website (propra.com.pk) or the Propra platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Propra is a product of Growmated, a Pakistani company.
Propra is a property management platform for BnBs, hotels, and guesthouses operating in Pakistan. We help you manage bookings, sync calendars across Airbnb and Booking.com, send WhatsApp notifications to your team, track revenue and expenses, and run reports — all in PKR.
Propra is a demo-first product. You request access by booking a demo via our website or WhatsApp. Once we confirm your account, you'll receive credentials. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Pricing is published on our pricing page in PKR. A one-time setup fee covers onboarding, calendar sync, and staff training. The monthly subscription is billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time from your account or by messaging our team.
If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months. Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding has begun.
Pricing may change with 30 days' notice. Founding-partner pricing, where granted, is locked for the lifetime of your account unless you cancel and re-subscribe.
After your demo call, you're granted full access to your chosen plan for 14 days at no cost. No credit card is required. After 14 days, you choose to continue (and we begin billing) or walk away with no charge.
You own your data — your properties, your bookings, your guest information, your reports. We process it on your behalf only, in line with our Privacy Policy. You can export your data in standard formats at any time.
We aim for high availability but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages (Airbnb, Booking.com, WhatsApp Business API), and connectivity issues may cause temporary disruption. We will work in good faith to restore service quickly. The Scale plan includes a documented SLA.
Propra integrates with Airbnb, Booking.com, and WhatsApp Business. Use of those platforms is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for changes to their APIs, policies, or pricing that affect Propra functionality.
To the fullest extent permitted by Pakistani law, Propra and Growmated are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform — including lost bookings, lost revenue, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You can cancel at any time. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or use Propra in a way that puts our service or other customers at risk. We will give reasonable notice except where prohibited by law or where the violation is severe.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or WhatsApp at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising will be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
