This Privacy Policy explains what information Propra ("we", "us", "Propra") — a product of Growmated — collects from you when you use our website, demo form, or platform, and how we use and protect that information.

We never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing. Your WhatsApp number stays with the Growmated team. Your guest data, booking data, and property data is yours — we process it on your behalf only.
Inside Propra, only authorised members of the Growmated team have access to your account information, and only when needed to support you (for example, during onboarding, troubleshooting, or feature requests). Each role inside your Propra account also enforces strict access — your housekeeper can never see your revenue, your accountant can never see guest PII.
Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. We use reputable hosting providers with regular backups and standard security practices. No system is 100% secure, but we treat your data the way we'd treat our own.
We keep your demo-form information for as long as you remain a customer or active prospect. If you ask us to delete it, we'll do so within 30 days. If you cancel your Propra subscription, your data remains exportable for 30 days after cancellation, then it's deleted from our active systems (some backups may retain it for up to 90 days before being overwritten).

The Propra website uses minimal cookies — only what's needed to remember basic preferences. We use anonymised analytics to understand how people use the site (which pages they visit, how long they stay), but we do not track individuals. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
When you contact us on WhatsApp, your conversation is governed both by this policy and by WhatsApp's own Privacy Policy. We use WhatsApp Business to communicate with customers; we do not export those conversations to third parties.
If we make significant changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where possible, notify you on WhatsApp or email. Continued use of Propra after changes constitutes acceptance.
